Yalova Exports Reach $915 Million in First 10 Months

Yalova-based companies recorded exports worth $521.945 million in the first ten months of 2025. The province’s exports reached $915.697 million over the same period in 2026.

Yalova’s monthly export figures in 2026 were as follows: $95.345 million in January, $109.436 million in February, $112.931 million in March, $275.450 million in April, $132.494 million in May, $90.140 million in June, $15.422 million in July, $15.305 million in August, $52.600 million in September and $16.614 million in October.

Shipyards Lead Yalova’s Exports

As in previous years, the ship, yacht and services sector led Yalova’s exports in the first ten months of 2026. The sector generated $778.070 million in export revenue during the period.

The steel industry ranked second with exports worth $59.881 million, followed by chemicals and chemical products, which recorded $24.128 million in exports.

Other sectors generating more than $1 million in exports from Yalova over the ten-month period included mining products ($16.292 million), ready-to-wear clothing and apparel ($11.278 million), machinery and equipment ($5.280 million), ornamental plants and products ($5.082 million), the air conditioning industry ($4 million), ferrous and non-ferrous metals ($3.472 million), electrical and electronics ($3.442 million), and cement, glass, ceramics and soil products ($1.795 million).

Norway Tops Yalova’s Export Destinations

Norway was Yalova’s largest export destination in the first ten months of the year, with exports reaching $327.390 million. Shipments to Norway accounted for approximately 35.7% of the province’s total exports.

France ranked second with $129.812 million, followed by the Netherlands with $107.883 million. The United Kingdom placed fourth with $70.528 million, while Albania ranked fifth with $58.332 million.
