Arti Denizcilik, which is the representative of nearly 40 companies of European origin in Turkey, continues to move forward with the concepts of trust and honesty that it has not damaged for more than 20 years. Stating that this image is a source of motivation for them, Artı Denizcilik Partner and Sales and Marketing Director Özgür Çağın says, "We continue to bring the brand new technologies and manufacturers to Turkey in line with the developing and changing sectoral needs."
The main fields of activity of Artı Denizcilik, which has been serving in all sub-branches of the Turkish shipbuilding industry for more than 20 years, can be listed as the military and commercial ships, yacht and tugboats construction. Özgür Çağın, Arti Denizcilik Partner and Sales and Marketing Director, said that they supply systems and materials to these industries with the world brands they represent. Çağın noted that they also offer spare parts and services to actively operating ships, especially Turkish shipowners and the Turkish navy.
Noting that they are proud of being a well-known and trusted company with their business manners and honesty-based trade understanding in the industry, Çağın said, “These happy and encouraging feedbacks from our business partners also help us to meet the brand new technology needs of the shipbuilding industry, which is changing and developing day by day. It is a source of motivation for us to renew ourselves and our portfolio.”
Representative of nearly 40 European companies
Noting that the company, which has the ISO 9001 certificate within the scope of shipbuilding materials supply services, continues to be the Turkey representative of nearly 40 European companies, Çağın said, “We continue to bring brand new technologies and manufacturers to Turkey in line with the developing and changing sectoral needs. In this context, we also support the activities of the manufacturers in our country abroad. Our product range is mainly engine room and deck equipment, but we also work on equipment materials, measuring equipment, and military systems. Today, brand new technologies under the concept of the green ship have started to create more diversity in our products. In this direction, in order to update and improve ourselves, our employees attend training in various fields and convey these to our customers. While new technologies and products focused on energy recovery, alternative fuel systems, and digitalization are starting to take up more space in our product range, our after-sales services for these products constitute another focus of ours.”
We are expanding our production and service network
Çağın said, “The Turkish shipbuilding industry, which worked mostly on tankers and dry cargo in the past, is now doing more niche jobs and is building state-of-the-art offshore support vessels, ferries, fishing vessels and tugboats with different propulsion systems. Turkey has become a shipbuilding center for many European countries, especially the Scandinavian countries. We are one of the few countries in the world to be noted in terms of repair and tugboat construction. Apart from these, Turkey is now a country that can also export military ships, and our military shipbuilding industry continues to grow with different ship types every day. As Artı Denizcilik, we, as a part of our shipbuilding industry, bring new technologies and products to Turkey in parallel with all these developments. In order to provide added value to our foreign partners and customers in the coming periods, we continue to work on many projects such as production in Turkey, expanding our service network and training activities.
We are developing with all the innovations brought by the new century
Explaining his goals and plans for the coming periods, Çağın said, “As Arti Denizcilik, we continue to work with the principle of trust and honesty in our relations with our customers as well as with our foreign business partners, and we are developing ourselves with all the innovations brought by the new century, being aware of the responsibility of representing the Turkish shipbuilding industry.
Our goal is to serve as a bridge that provides added value between customers and manufacturers, and to offer these activities, which we love, to the service of the Turkish maritime industry for many years to come.”
