Hat-San Shipyard Signs Agreement for New 15,000 TLC Floating Dock
Hat-San Shipyard has signed a contract with Western Shipyard, based in Lithuania, for the construction of a new floating dock with a lifting capacity of 15,000 TLC.

The agreement, made with the company operating under BLRT Grupp, marks another significant step in strengthening the shipyard’s presence in international projects.
NB26 Project and Technical Specifications
The floating dock, designated as Project NB26, will feature the following specifications:
• Length overall (LOA): 200 meters
• Outer beam: 42 meters
• Inner beam: 35 meters
• Lifting capacity: 15,000 TLC
According to the disclosure made to the Public Disclosure Platform, the contract value is 42,625,000, and delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
Previous Projects and Strategic Goals
Hat-San Shipyard had previously built a similar floating dock in 2024 for Tallinn Shipyard, also part of BLRT Grupp. The new project is considered part of the shipyard’s strategy to expand its maintenance and repair infrastructure in line with increasing vessel sizes.
