Sirena Marine Maintains Leadership in Yacht Exports Under 24 Metres
“Turkey’s global yacht builder Sirena Marine once again reinforced its strong position in international markets by consolidating its leadership in yacht exports under 24 metres at the ‘Award on Water 2025’ ceremony organised by GYHİB.
During the “Award on Water” Ship, Yacht and Services Industry 2025 Awards Ceremony held at the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) Foreign Trade Complex, the sector’s leading exporters were officially announced.
Sirena Marine secured its position as the export leader in the under-24-metre yacht category for the second consecutive year, further confirming the company’s steady international growth trajectory. The company achieved exports worth USD 80.7 million in 2025 while also ranking seventh in the overall union export list, underlining its position among the leading players of the Turkish yacht and shipbuilding industry.
Integrated Production Power and a Global Brand Vision
Sirena Marine manages a fully integrated production ecosystem through its 155,000-square-metre manufacturing facility in Orhangazi, Bursa, supported by its production infrastructure in Tuzla and its next-generation superyacht facility in Yalova-Altınova.
The Orhangazi facility, which received official R&D Centre status from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2017, continues to strengthen the company’s innovation capabilities together with its other production sites.
Employing more than 1,000 people, Sirena Marine carries out all critical processes in-house, ranging from composite manufacturing and furniture production to engineering and research & development activities.
With a production capacity exceeding 50 boats across its existing facilities, the company continues expanding its product range to address a broader customer profile while also strengthening its position in the larger yacht segment.
Exporting Turkish Craftsmanship Worldwide
Having produced more than 600 boats to date, Sirena Marine exports yachts to markets across the globe as one of Türkiye’s leading international yacht manufacturers.
Built with 100% Turkish craftsmanship, Sirena yachts have become recognised in many countries for their quality, creativity, and attention to detail, making them a preferred choice among yacht enthusiasts worldwide.
As a result, Turkish craftsmanship has become a recognised brand value in key international markets, particularly in Europe and the United States.
Sirena Marine maintains a particularly strong position in the US market. A significant portion of the yachts produced under the Sirena Yachts brand has been delivered to the United States, where the company ranks among the top three players in the serial production motoryacht segment between 48 ft and 118 ft.
Alongside the United States, Sirena Marine’s prominent markets include France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Scandinavian countries.
Looking ahead to 2026, the company aims to further strengthen its position in existing markets while establishing more balanced growth across new regions. Within this strategy, Sirena Marine plans to build a stronger commercial presence in South America, Central and Northern Europe, and the Middle East.
