Visit from the Lithuanian Port Services Companies Association to Autoport
Lithuanian Ambassador to Turkey, Marius Janukonis, and the accompanying delegation from the Lithuanian Port Services Companies Association were hosted at Turkey’s first automotive port, Autoport.

Led by Ambassador Janukonis, the delegation visited Autoport as part of a broader program covering Turkish ports. The group included senior executives representing 12 companies operating at Klaipeda Port, which provides services in container, Ro-Ro, dry and liquid bulk cargo, multipurpose terminals, and passenger operations. During the visit, the delegation reviewed current developments in the maritime sector and received detailed information about Autoport’s operations and activities.
The program, hosted by Autoport General Manager Bilgin İşler, featured a presentation of up-to-date data on the port industry. The delegation was briefed on Autoport’s current operations and future investment plans. Following the presentation, the group participated in a technical tour of the port area to observe the facility’s operational infrastructure firsthand.
