Mustafa Aytepe graduated from Yildiz Technical University, one of the most important educational institutions in Turkey, Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 2007. With the experience he gained in the leading companies of the industry, he is taking firm steps forward in the sector by establishing MSI Group Co. Dubai in 2018 and MSI Group Co. Turkey in 2023.

He explains his journey to the establishment of the company as follows: " Between 2007 and 2014, I worked as an operation & planning engineer at Tersan Shipyard, one of the leading companies in our sector. I also worked as the technical manager of the shipyard for many years. Subsequently, I continued my professional life as a consultant engineer at Erria Consulting A/S in 2014-2015. In 2015, I started to serve our industry in a different way by establishing 4A Makina and Espadon Teknik companies. In addition, by establishing MSI Group Co Dubai in 2018 and MSI Group Co Turkey in 2023, we have set sail to new horizons with our other founding partners in order to bring a new perspective to our industry."

60 years of experience

"We are a newly established company. But we are a company that has a very strong individual experience and knowledge in various fields." said Aytepe and continued as follows: Our founding partners Mr. Ferhat Abul and Mr. Gökhan Demirçiler are the pillars of our system with their 20 years of experience as shipyard planning engineers, 15 years of experience as class surveyors and many years of experience as shipowners/tanker ship operators. Our other co-founder Ferruh Aytepe is our Finance Manager and manages all finance and accounting affairs of our umbrella company and other companies. In addition to this wealth of experience, the coming together of co-founders who have sat on different sides of the table in the past creates a completely unique opportunity for our umbrella company MSI Group Co. This allows our company to look at issues from all different angles, come up with diverse and alternative solutions, provide a quality service, fully understand the expectations of the interlocutors, evaluate and interpret these expectations with our knowledge & experience, and ultimately bring them to the most effective conclusion.”
